YOUR NEW YEAR ‘TO DO’ LIST
1. COMPLETE your CLUB REGO HERE
* there is no payment required when completing the form, rego will be charged on your term 1 invoice.
2. COMPLETE your BJP REGO (association governing body) HERE
* 3-4’s are not required to pay the $99 BJP Rego. There is payment required withi this form.
3. JOIN our club Facebook Group
Search for ‘MERMAID PHYSIE MEMBERS GROUP’ Click the ‘+ Join Group’ button to be approved by admin. Your class teacher will also invite you to the class Facebook group.
4. FOLLOW Mermaid Beach Physie on Facebook & Instagram
WHAT TO WEAR
All classes are done in bare feet.
Wear what you’re comfortable to move in!
Members wear a leotard/swimmers/singlet/crop top or t’shirt with bike pants/shorts/leggings or any other activewear. We do ask that girls change out of their school uniforms, there are full bathroom facilities at the hall.
Little Mermaids (3-4 years) are welcome to wear a tutu or anything they feel “special” to dance in. We have class crop top and bike pants/shorts available for sale at certain times of the year although it is not compulsory. Hair is to be tied back off the face please. Bring along a drink bottle and a smile and you are ready for physie!
The colourful lycra sets are called “performance wear”. This is only worn for competition & must be purchased via the BJP Physie Shop. Your teacher will chat to you before you are required to purchase this. Only one set is required for the year & can be worn repeatedly.
