Notice of the Annual General Meeting

of Mermaid Beach Physical Culture Club Inc

This is to advise you of the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the members of Mermaid Beach Physical Culture Club Inc.  The details of this meeting are as follows:

AGENDA

1. Presentation of Financial Reports
2. Election of Management Committee Members
3. Election of Subcommittee Members
4. Appoint auditor/verifier for current financial year
5. General Business

Please find attached a copy of the nomination form for anyone wishing to nominate for a committee position, along with a list of role descriptions.  Nominations for committee positions must be received by close of business Friday 7^th April 2023.  The nominee, nominator and seconder of committee positions must all be financial club members.  Please return all nomination forms to admin@mermaidbeachphysie.com.au.

If you would like to propose an item of general business to be added to the agenda, please forward all correspondence in writing to admin@mermaidbeachphysie.com.au.
